Terms of service
Effective August 27, 2026. Last updated August 27, 2026.
These terms cover your use of 123RSVP. In this page, 123RSVP, we and us all mean the service you are reading about.
Awaiting counsel. These terms describe how 123RSVP actually works today and are written to be relied on, but a lawyer has not completed a review of them. One item is deliberately absent rather than drafted here: a dispute-resolution clause.
What 123RSVP is
123RSVP is a tool for organizing events. A host creates an event, invites people by link or by personal invitation, and 123RSVP tracks who has responded, how many places are left, who owes what, and the conversation attached to the event. A host can pin a comment so it stays at the top of that conversation.
123RSVP is still being built. Features may change, and we do not guarantee that the service will be available at any particular time.
Your account
- You can sign in with a Google account or with your phone number. You may choose either Google sign-in or phone sign-in.
- You are responsible for the account you sign in to and for keeping access to your email address or phone number.
- Do not use someone else's phone number or email address to sign in.
- You can sign out of every device from your account page.
Using 123RSVP
- Use 123RSVP for organizing real events with people you intend to invite.
- Do not post content that is unlawful, or that harasses or impersonates someone.
- Do not try to reach events, invitations or accounts that are not yours, and do not attempt to interfere with how the service runs.
- An invitation link is not a password. Share it only with people you mean to invite.
- A comment cannot be deleted from an event conversation today. Post accordingly.
Events and money
- An event can record an amount each guest owes. 123RSVP supports cash, Venmo and card payments.
- Cash and Venmo are settled directly between you and the host. 123RSVP only records whether the host has marked a payment as received. That record includes who made the change and when, and it is kept unedited.
- Card payments are processed by Stripe. Choosing card sends you to Stripe's own hosted payment page, and a payment is confirmed only when Stripe tells us it succeeded. Card numbers are never entered into 123RSVP.
- 123RSVP does not issue refunds through the product. If a refund is appropriate, arrange it directly with the host.
Text messages
- 123RSVP operates a single authentication messaging program.
- Messages are one-time authentication codes only. This program sends no marketing, promotional, or informational messages.
- Messages are sent only in response to a sign-in request you make. No code is sent when you simply load a page.
- Message frequency varies, because it depends on how often you sign in.
- Message and data rates may apply.
- Reply STOP to opt out. Replying STOP stops authentication messages to that number, which means phone sign-in stops working for it.
- Reply START to the same sender to resume messages.
- Reply HELP for help.
- Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
For help with text messages, reply HELP to a message from 123RSVP or email info@123rsvp.com.
Agreeing to these terms is not how you consent to text messages. Consent happens when you choose to request a code on the phone sign-in page, and the disclosure there tells you what you are agreeing to before you do it.
Privacy
The privacy policy explains what information 123RSVP collects, why, and which companies process it. It is part of these terms.
Ending your use of 123RSVP
You can stop using 123RSVP at any time. To ask us to delete your information, email info@123rsvp.com. A person handles these requests. We may suspend an account that is being used to break these terms.
Changes to these terms
If these terms change, we will update the effective date at the top. This page describes how 123RSVP works today.
